Refund Policy
Service Refunds: noodlix offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its video production services for cosmetic companies. If a client is not satisfied with the service and cancels within the first 30 days of service activation, they may request a refund by contacting noodlix is customer support.
Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, the client must provide a valid reason for cancellation and request a refund in writing, either by email or through the client’s account portal. Refunds will only be granted for the video production service fees and do not include any additional fees, such as equipment rental, stock footage, or other add-ons.
Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to equipment rental fees, stock footage fees, setup fees, and any other fees not directly related to the video production service. These fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase and are not eligible for refund.
Refund Process: Once a refund request is received and approved, noodlix will process the refund within 14 business days using the original payment method used by the client. The refunded amount will be prorated based on the remaining days in the current project timeline, and any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.
